VICTOR, N.Y. — The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says a woman, Fantasia Octavia Speed of Rochester, stole more than $8,000 in merchandise from the Ulta in Victor back on June 15.
A warrant was issued for her arrest. Speed was arrested by Brighton Police on Monday. She’s charged with grand larceny.
