ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Arnett Branch Library in Rochester is back open, after a temporary closure over safety concerns.
The Monroe County Library System said those concerns were about people driving recklessly in the parking lot.
The Arnett Branch Library, at 310 Arnett Blvd., says that parking lot is being reconfigured and might not be open to visitors just yet — but there is street parking
