Anti-Racism Policy

The WYSL Stations take seriously, our self-imposed mandate to reject any and all possible types of racism in our operation, including programming content, employment practices and all other related activities. No racist behavior or actions by WYSL personnel are tolerated.

WYSL does not discriminate in any of our operations due to race, sex, national origin, religion, political beliefs, or other factors unrelated to job qualifications or performance. We comply fully with FCC-EEO rules. Our nondiscrimination policy is extended to any and all consideration of advertising and/or programming content.

WYSL makes every reasonable effort to reflect inclusiveness of differing viewpoints and political, religious and personal beliefs in all of our programming.

Violation of any of these policies by staff, associates, advertisers, suppliers or contractors, who are hereby informed of our rules, will result in termination without notice.
